West Texas Fires Miss Boondocks PK
Well, folks, this is our second round of wildfires at Possum Kingdom and once again, the newly renovated Boondocks PK Bar & Grill was spared! Our thoughts and prayers go out to our neighbors who lost so much with the fires. We also want to give a big thanks to all of the firefighters.

Join us on Saturday, June 23rd, for our FIRST ANNIVERSARY PARTY at Boondocks PK! We will have the Zack Edwards Band play for our live entertainment. You don't want to miss it!
On May 27, 2011, Boondocks PK Bar & Grill completed a major renovation of the 3000
square foot building giving it a brand new facelift both inside and outside.
The new business has built up a lot of anticipation in the area with local
residents wanting a quality bar & grill they can go to for great food, drinks
and entertainment.
Boondocks PK Bar & Grill celebrated it's Grand Opening gala May 27th & 28th (Memorial weekend 2011). The gala featured entertainment with a live bands. The weekend was so successful and popular that through word of mouth, Boondocks PK Bar & Grill has quickly become one of the best entertainment places at Possum Kingdom lake.

Boondocks PK Bar & Grill is a non-smoking establishment.
However, we have an
area for everyone, you can enjoy a drink and light up in our outside Beer
Garden!
The top "before" photo on the left shows some of the workers and the newly
installed knotty pine during the remodeling phase. The "after" photo on
the right was taken during our pre-grand opening party after remodeling had been completed.
The bottom "before" photo on the left shows the original blue building, while
the adjacent right "after" photo shows how the building looks with the new paint
color and signage.
